In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the Company" mean Vamayra Global Private Limited. "You" and "your" mean the person using this website or placing an order.

Accepting these terms

By browsing yadom.life, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at care@yadom.life if you think someone else has accessed it.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and current. We may suspend or close an account that we believe has been used for fraud, for resale in breach of these terms, for abuse of promotions, or for anything unlawful.

Products, pricing and availability

  • We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your display. Packaging, batch details and formulation may change over time as we improve the product, and images are indicative.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and discount codes can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you pay.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
  • Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will always tell you before doing this.

Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email or message from us is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or listing error, where we cannot verify your details, where the order appears to be for resale, or where we suspect fraud or misuse of an offer. Where we cancel a confirmed order, you get a full refund.
  • Orders are limited to 30 units per order. For bulk and distribution enquiries write to info@yadom.life.

Payment

  • All orders on yadom.life are prepaid. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value, no delivery charge and no handling fee at any cart size. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway partners on their own secure systems. We do not store your full card details.
  • If your payment is declined, or is later reversed or charged back without a valid reason, we may cancel the order and restrict future orders from your account.

Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, mirror or resell any part of the website or its content
  • Use bots, crawlers or automated tools to place orders or extract data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or introduce malicious code
  • Interfere with the working of the website or the experience of other users
  • Use the website for anything unlawful, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it

Intellectual property

The Yadom name and logo, the Yadom Life brand, the Vamayra name and logo, and all content on this website, including text, images, illustrations, product photography, packaging design, video, and page layouts, are owned by or licensed to Vamayra Global Private Limited.

You may not use, reproduce, adapt or distribute any of it without our written permission. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right in our intellectual property.

If you post a review, photo, video or comment on our website or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing, with credit where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Product information and disclaimer

Yadom Life products are cosmetic products for external use, manufactured in India by our licensed manufacturing partners.

They are not medicines or drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website, on our packaging, or on our social media should be read as medical advice or as a substitute for consulting a qualified medical practitioner.

Information on this website, including on ingredients, is provided for general educational purposes. Individual experience varies.

We recommend a patch test before regular use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment, consult your doctor before use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform where it is caused by something outside our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government action, strikes, courier network failures, power or internet outages, war, or civil unrest.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vamayra Global Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
